I decided to push the deadline for the contest back three days because half the entries aren't in yet. Usually I wouldn't do this, and everyone that has already entered gets a little something to make up for it <3

well i actually got a friend to do this for me, but a lot of the answers i cant post here w/o sounding extremely full of myself

so

1. I always have to find "balance" in my work. My art teacher thinks it's because I tend to focus on composition excessively, so I spend half the time I do working on pictures switching stuff around. I GET THIS REALLY WEIRD FEELING IF SOMETHING IS UNBALANCED TOO, it's like, obsessive to the point it's probably not healthy, I'll be really uncomfortable until everything is balanced again. Sometimes things fall through my mental filter though |D

2. I have days where I will spend hours on my appearance (typically, weekend days/days without school uniform in general); and days when I can't be arsed. Half the time I'm a mess, hah.

3. I can run on very little sleep. I blame my erratic sleep patterns, usually I get five-six hours of rest every night. I'm comfortable with that though..!! On the weekends, I sleep till about noon, but that's only because I don't get to sleep until about 4am.

4. I can't wait for year nine to be over. The end of year nine, for me, symbolises the end of certain subjects that I cannot stand (in school at least). Three that come to mind would be Music, Drama and Geography. What's even better is that I only have an activity week, and two lazy, let's-watch-dvds-instead-of-doing-lessons days left C:

5. I do a fair amount of trad. art but I am not satisfied enough to post it. I still need to get a grip w/ various mediums, but I have been working a considerable amount with acrylics and I'm fairly pleased with my progress.

6. I keep to myself a lot, even my closest friends don't know a lot of the things I think and do.

7. I am a bit of a cynic, I'll admit. I find it hard to believe a lot of "spiritual" and/or "paranormal" things. Give me solid evidence, and I may rethink my opinion, but sometimes there just isn't a point bothering.

8. I feel like drawing cupcakes almost all the time, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY but yeah.
